Description
MC-Poly Paint H is a high-solids, cold-applied flexible polyurethane coating. The source references ASTM C957, ASTM C1127 and ES 766/66.
Where to use
Used as a protective concrete surface sealer and dust-proofer over a surface primed with MC-Epo Prime.
Advantages

Surface preparation & primer
The surface must be clean and dry. New concrete should be at least 28 days old before application. The surface must be free from contamination before subsequent coats are applied. Use MC-Epo Prime to improve adhesion to the concrete substrate; mix its components thoroughly and apply by roller, brush or spray.
Coating application
Apply the MC-Poly Paint H base coat over the primer at a theoretical rate of 5 m²/kg. Apply the top coat after 24 hours at the same rate. For a non-slip surface, broadcast suitable aggregate into the base coat at 0.3-0.5 kg/m²; the base-coat spreading rate is approximately 2.5 m²/kg.
Storage & handling
Store containers tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Stir components thoroughly for 3-5 minutes before use, according to the source.

Coloured: 4.5 kg component A + 0.5 kg component B. Clear: 3 kg component A + 1 kg component B.
