Where to use

Positive bonding of new concrete to old eroded or spalled concrete surfaces. Remedial maintenance, waterproofing and restoration of concrete surfaces.

Surface preparation

The application surface should be sound and clean. Use conventional cleaning methods such as acid etching or mechanical scarification. The surface must be dry and free from standing water.

Mixing

Mix the two components thoroughly according to the required mixing ratio.

Application

Apply MC-Epo Bond by brush or spray. Allow approximately 15-30 minutes after application for the material to become tacky. Fresh concrete should be cast within two hours after coating at 30°C.

Cleaning

Clean tools and equipment using epoxy thinner.

Safety

Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes and avoid skin contact.

Storage & packaging

Shelf life: 12 months. Packaging: clear 6 kg (4+2), white/gray 6 kg (5+1), black 5.7 kg (5+0.70).
