Description
MC-Epo Zinc 21 is a two-pack zinc-rich epoxy primer and coating.
Where to use
Blast-cleaned steel for corrosion protection within MCT protective coating systems. Protection of steel reinforcement in concrete.
Application data
Application by airless spray, brush or roller. Guiding airless pressure at nozzle: 2100 psi. Nozzle tip: 0.018-0.023 in. Spray angle: 30°-75°. Thinner / cleaner: MC-Thinner 02.
Drying time

Surface preparation
The surface must be clean and dry. Blast clean steel to Sa 2½. During application, substrate temperature should be at least 10°C and at least 3°C above the air dew point.
Storage & handling
Keep containers tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Stir components thoroughly for 3-5 minutes before use.
Packaging
5 kg component A + 1 kg component B; or 20 kg component A + 4 kg component B.
