Description
MC-Epo Paint W.B is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin formulated as a water-based coating.

Protective and waterproofing coating for cement substrates and metal surfaces. Food manufacturing, processing and packing plants. Drinking-water reservoirs. Water-supply and irrigation projects.

Advantages
Solvent-free. Waterproof and abrasion resistant. Seals hairline cracks. Resistant to diesel, petrol and various mild solvents. Hygienic and environmentally safe according to the approved source. Decorative coloured finish. Easy cleaning of coated and cured surfaces. Can be applied on damp surfaces. Source states use to limit early evaporation from fresh concrete. Resistant to bacteria, fungus and root growth. Dry-heat resistance up to 80°C.
Surface preparation
Degrease and clean surfaces before application. Seal and cure cracks, expansion joints and similar defects; remove loose material, cement slurry and previous coating residues by appropriate methods.
Primer coating
Use MC-Epo Paint W.B thinned by 10% thinning agent as a primer before subsequent coats.
Mixing
Mix according to the stated ratio. Prepare only the quantity that can be applied within one hour at 20-25°C.
Application
Apply by brush, roller, conventional spray or airless spray equipment.
Safety
Prevent material from entering the eyes and avoid skin contact.
Cleaning
Clean tools and equipment with a suitable thinner.
Storage / shelf life
1 year under normal storage conditions.
Packaging
6 kg: 5 kg base + 1 kg curing agent.
