Description
MC-Epo Paint T.C is a two-pack epoxy top coat based on epoxy resin.
Where to use
Finishing coat for epoxy coating systems.
Advantages
Excellent corrosion protection. Excellent finishing properties. Outstanding resistance to extreme weather conditions. Chemical resistance.
Drying time
Substrate Surface dry Cured Recoat min. Recoat max. 10°C 3 h 14 d 18 h * 25°C 2 h 7 d 10 h * 35°C 1 h 5 d 6 h *
Application conditions
Typical values at 50 µm DFT with free air circulation. The surface should be free from contamination before the subsequent coat. During application, substrate temperature should be at least 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of the air.
Surface preparation
The surface should be clean and dry.
Packaging
5 kg component A + 1 kg component B; 20 kg component A + 4 kg component B.
Storage & handling
Keep containers tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Handle with care and stir well before use for at least 3-5 minutes.
