Description
MC-Epo Paint Flex is a high-build, two-component flexible protective coating based on phenol novolac. The source describes it as non-toxic and states that it provides excellent adhesion to concrete, metal, masonry, wood and similar substrates.
Where to use
The source approves MC-Epo Paint Flex for use in contact with potable-water tanks, foodstuff applications and oil-collecting tanks. It is designed to withstand chemicals, weathering, abrasion and humidity.

Advantages

Surface preparation
The surface must be dry. Metallic surfaces should be sand-blasted. Concrete must be free of deteriorated cement, grease, oil and dust.
Mixing and thinning
Pour the curing component into the oversized container of the base component using the specified mixing ratio, then stir thoroughly for at least 4-5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. MC-Epo Paint Flex can be thinned with 5-10% of the appropriate MC-Thinner 02.
Application and cleaning
Apply by brush, roller or spray. Clean tools and equipment with MC-Thinner 02.
Safety precautions
• Prevent material from entering the eyes. • Avoid skin contact. • Provide adequate ventilation. • Keep solvent-containing material away from sparks and flame.
Storage / shelf life
Shelf life: 12 months.
