Description
MC-Epo Floor S.L 20 is a multi-component epoxy system designed with self-leveling properties for concrete flooring.
Where to use
Hospitals, slaughterhouses and warehouses. Laboratories and power plants. Textile mills, TV studios, workshops and aircraft hangars. Exhibition halls, bakeries and dairies. Chemical and pharmaceutical plants.
Advantages
Self-leveling properties provide a smooth, uniform surface. According to the source, it does not support normal growth of bacteria, fungi or algae. High resistance to mineral oils, fuels, most diluted inorganic acids, alkalis, solutions and organic acids. Produces an extremely smooth finish. Available in a wide range of colours. High bond strength combined with high abrasion and chemical resistance.

Application procedure
Surface preparation: concrete must be clean, dry and free from oils, grease and foreign matter. Repair honeycombs, holes and defects before application. Priming: mix MC-Epo Prime components thoroughly and apply by roller, brush or a suitable tool. Allow the primer to become tacky before applying the flooring mortar. Mixing: mix MC-Epo Floor S.L 20 with a low-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes until fully homogeneous. Application: pour onto the primed surface and spread with a notched trowel, then pass a spiked roller to release entrapped air.
