MC-Construction Grout is specially prepared, ready –to- use , non shrink high strength grout . it is formulated for use any consistency from flowable to damp- pack for grouting of column and stanchion baseplates, holding down bolts and precast concrete jointing .

Description
MC-Construction Grout is a ready-to-use, non-shrink, high-strength cementitious grout. It can be mixed from flowable to damp-pack consistency for grouting beneath column and equipment bases, holding-down bolts and precast concrete joints.
Where to use
Grouting column or stanchion bases and holding-down bolts. Repair and infill where a material similar in appearance to concrete is required. Precast concrete joints and related general construction grouting, as described in the source.
Advantages
Factory-premixed product requiring only water addition, reducing site batching variation. Non-shrink performance when mixed and placed at the appropriate consistency. Develops high compressive strength even at flowable consistency. Cost-effective solution for general building and construction grouting. Provides a concrete-like appearance for repair and infill work.
General precautions
Do not add water in an amount that causes bleeding or segregation. The source specifies a grout and contact-surface temperature range of approximately 7-40°C; outside this range, use appropriate hot- or cold-weather grouting practice. Compressive strength is affected by mixing water, temperature, curing and age; control tests should therefore reflect the required placing consistency. For critical structural or operating-equipment support, or where very high fluidity is required, consult MCT technical support regarding the appropriate precision-grout system.
